What is the main  point in common between Bordeaux, Cognac and Armagnac?   All the wines and spirits produced are made from grapes.  Let us design a  trip for you from Cognac to Armagnac, passing through either the Graves or Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. Take your time to discover world-class spirits and wines while getting an idea of the different characteristics of the three regions.

Step by step

The stay as described is indicative and flexible. Do not hesitate to inform us of your wishes and any useful information when you make your request. We will make you an adapted and tailor-made proposal. Please note that all national and international journeys to or from Bordeaux will remain your responsibility.

  • Bordeaux and its vineyards

Your stay begins with the discovery of the historic city of Bordeaux with its gourmet specialities. You will then continue your experience around the wines of Bordeaux with a stop in Saint-Emilion, where private visits and commented tastings await you. A stopover that will allow you to enjoy the village of Saint-Emilion, a jewel of our UNESCO-listed heritage.

  • Cognac and its secrets

A must-see destination for any spirits lover, Cognac with its tradition and know-how. The private visit of one of the great Cognac houses will allow you to understand the stages of its elaboration, from distillation to ageing. The visit of a cooperage to discover the making of wooden barrels is also on the program and will complete your experience.

  • Armagnac craftsmanship

Along with Cognac, Armagnac is the other French brandy made from grapes. But what are the differences between these two appellations? There are: terroirs, grape varieties, distillation processes, climate and local traditions. You will discover all this during the visits, tastings and meetings planned in the programme. Rest assured, at each of these stages, the local gastronomy will also be well represented!
